Nauruan President (2013-2019), also known as Nauru's answer to Jabba the Hutt. He looks like he has the diet of a feudal Baron and maybe he would Waqa you hard if you disagreed with him in a cabinet meeting. I don't know for sure please don't sue me for libel but I've heard Nauru is a very politically corrupt country.
